General description
p3XFLAG-CMV™-14 表达载体是分子量6.3 kb 的pCMV51衍生物,用于哺乳动物细胞内 C-末端 3XFLAG™融合蛋白的瞬时或稳定胞内表达。该载体编码多克隆区下游三个相邻的 FLAG®表位 (Asp-Tyr-Lys-Xaa-Xaa-Asp) 。这在采用ANTI-FLAG M2抗体时会导致检测灵敏度上升。当使用SV40 T抗原表达宿主时,可以实现理想的复制效率和基因组整合。
