一般描述

据报道,3,4-二羟基苯甲酸是一种食品多酚。在小鼠模型中,3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(原儿茶酸,PCA)对毒性H9N2病毒株的抗病毒活性已有报道。PCA对3种非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)细胞系(A549、H3255和Calu-6细胞系)的细胞毒性作用已有报道。据报道,PCA可在体内预防癌变或抗肿瘤生长。PCA诱导的人胃腺癌(AGS)细胞凋亡的相关信号通路已有报道。水/针铁矿料浆中的H2O2在不同操作条件(催化剂负载、温度、酸碱度、底物和过氧化氢起始浓度)下,对3,4-二羟苯甲酸的氧化作用已有研究。

应用

3,4-二羟基苯甲酸适用于在体内研究4-香豆酸和3,4-二羟基苯甲酸对大鼠结肠黏膜基础氧化性DNA损伤的影响。它可用于壳聚糖树脂的衍生化。

生化/生理作用
