General description

Specifically designed for incubating 1.5 ml microcentrifuge tubes, this rack includes a hold-down disk which maintains a constant pressure on the tube caps and prevents them from opening during internal air expansion.

Features and Benefits

  • The polypropylene disk with threaded handle screws into the foam-filled TPX® polymethylpentene plastic rack and holds tubes firmly in place
  • Rack floats while microcentrifuge tubes remain immersed at a constant depth (3/4")
  • Leg length: 19mm Steam autoclavable at 121ºC (250ºF)
