General description
磷脂酰胆碱(PC)是质膜的主要成分。通常来说,无论是来自人类还是植物,PC都含有不饱和脂肪酸。大豆PC的脂肪酸成分中有70%为亚麻酸。因此,大豆PC在含水体系中具有较低的相变温度。
Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
