General description
The SMC® Fluorescence Verification Kit contains all reagents to perform five test plates for use on the FemtoQuest™ instrument to verify fluorescent signal.
Application
The SMC® Fluorescence Verification Kit provides a positive fluorescent signal in both channels of the FemtoQuest™ instrument using fluorescent dyes loaded into a SMC® 384-well read plate. It is used to verify the instrument fluorescence readout and provides a positive indicator of fluoresence to the customer.
