应用

使用经ELISA、IP、WB验证的抗磷酸化STAT3（Tyr705）抗体（克隆9E12，小鼠单克隆抗体）来检测磷酸化STAT3（Tyr705），也称急性期反应因子或DNA结合蛋白APRF。 该Stat3 抗体已在人、小鼠和犬样品中经过验证。
免疫沉淀：一个独立实验室报道， 1-10 µg/mL 先前批次的该抗体使得钒酸盐处理的人 A431细胞中的磷酸化STAT3（Tyr705）免疫沉淀。

ELISA：一个独立实验室建议采用0.05 µg/mL 的该抗体进行ELISA 测试。测试采用一个先前批次进行。

处理建议：
收到后，在取下瓶盖之前，将小瓶离心并轻轻混合溶液。 分装到微量离心管中，并储存于-20°C。 避免反复冻融，其可能会破坏IgG并影响产品性能。 注意： 冷藏室温度变化至低于-20°C时可能导致-含甘油的溶液在储存过程中冻结。
