一般描述

一种有效、细胞可渗透性且不可逆的caspase-8和颗粒酶B的抑制剂。有效抑制流行性感冒病毒诱导的HeLa细胞凋亡。还抑制颗粒酶B。当与纯化的天然或重组酶一起使用时,需要用酯酶进行预处理。也可使用5 mM(250 µg/76 µl)Z-IETD-FMK(目录号218840)的DMSO溶液。
