General description
NF-κB SN50，CAS 213546-43-3，是一种细胞可渗透的肽，其包含与K-FGF疏水区连接的NF-κB p50的NLS序列。抑制NF-κB易位进入细胞核。
包含与Kaposi成纤维细胞生长因子（K-FGF）信号肽的疏水区（h-区）相连的转录因子NF-κB p50的核定位序列（NLS）。N端K-FGF h区赋予细胞通透性，而NLS（360-369）抑制NF-κB活性复合物易位进入细胞核。在LPS诱导的小鼠内皮LE-II细胞中，NF-κB核易位在18 µM时受到最大抑制。
