General description

对小鼠皮肤有强刺激性,但作为促癌剂只有中等活性。激活蛋白激酶C(PKC)。刺激Na+-K+ATP酶的磷酸化,从而抑制其活性。在培养的肝细胞中促进iNOS的表达。PDBu可以在水溶液中稀释至30 µM,因此通常用于结合研究或需要高浓度的应用中。在培养中,PDBu比PMA更容易从细胞中去除。
