MILLIPLEX^® PLEXpedition Screening Panel

The MILLIPLEX^® PLEXpedition Screening Panel is a configurable multiplex immunoassay kit designed to simultaneously screen up to 115 targets, including cytokines, chemokines, and biomarkers related to bone health, metabolism, and cardiovascular disease. This discovery biomarker tool is offered in a matrix-free format for analyte detection across various sample types and serves as a bridge to to our commercially available Qualified assays for later-stage drug development and biomarker analysis.

MILLIPLEX^® Screening assays are fit-for-purpose toolsto enable the detection of biomarkers spanning mutiple research areas duringdiscovery and translational studies. Simultaneously analyze up to 115 analytesin mutiple human sample types including serum, plasma,cerebrospinal fluid(CSF), cell culture supernatants,brochoalveolar lavage (BAL), and milk.

Analytes included: The Luminex^® xMAP^® INTELLIFLEX and the FLEXMAP 3D^® can detect all 115 analytes in this panel while the MAGPIX^® and Luminex 200^™ instruments detect specific subsets of 50 and 80 analytes, respectively.
