General description
Microfil®漏斗和过滤器是一种即用型无菌过滤装置，在单个装置中结合了100 mL漏斗和膜过滤器，为生物负荷试验提供了完整的解决方案。过滤器单元由PVDF制成，膜由直径47 mm的白色混合纤维素酯（MCE）制成，孔径为0.45μm。密封的一体式膜过滤器消除了膜操作和处理的需要，从而最大程度地减少了主要污染源，从而提高了生物负荷检测的可靠性。密封的膜可以防止其他过滤系统经常发现的旁路现象。过滤后膜的凸起形状证明了膜的完整性，并防止将其放置在培养基上时捕获气泡。
