General description

Millicell培养板经优化用于生长细胞和维持细胞单层的高度完整性。Millicell培养板薄膜上生长的细胞的生长情况比在塑料上好，因为细胞从上侧和下侧均获得营养。更加密切地模拟了体内细胞生长和功能。Millicell培养板设计用于分析及细胞生长，亦可用作手动或自动细胞接种、饲养和清洗系统。
使用这一完善的系统，您可以在一个以薄膜做底的培养板上生长、饲养和分析细胞。培养板可以与单槽或多孔饲养托盘配用。在进行转运分析时，只需将培养板转换成分析用的多孔转运托盘。
这种流线型设计增强了下列功能：
-接种和饲养系统
-自动液体处理系统和跨距移液
-下侧和上侧均可接触到细胞
-经上皮电阻（TEER）测量系统
