使用ECL为1:1,000-1:5,000稀释液。

免疫组化:
在冰冻和石蜡包埋的组织切片上为1:1,000(室温2小时或2-8ºC过夜)。建议的固定剂为4%多聚甲醛或3%多聚甲醛加0.1%戊二醛。建议的透化溶液是0.1%Triton X-100。建议的封闭缓冲液是0.05 M Tris盐水,pH值7.4,其中含有2.5%BSA,0.1%triton和0.05%叠氮化钠。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
