General description
16.5-18kda
根据人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)与癌症的关系,可以将其分为高风险或低风险。HPV16和HPV18是高危人群中最常见的类型,HPV6和HPV11是低危人群中最常见的类型。大约90%的宫颈癌含有高危型HPV DNA。突变分析表明,高危型HPV的E6和E7基因对于HPV转化功能是必要和充分的。E6和E7蛋白分别与p53和pRB的特异性相互作用与HPV高危和低危分类相关。高危型HPV E7蛋白以比低危型HPV蛋白更高的亲和力与pRB结合,并且只有高危型HPV E6蛋白在体外与p53形成可检测的复合物。
