General description
本尼迪特试剂由硫酸铜、起弱碱作用的碳酸钠和柠檬酸钠组成，相当稳定。将此试剂与葡萄糖煮沸，得到硫氰酸亚铜白色沉淀。主要用于尿液中葡萄糖的估计。
Application
本尼迪特试剂可用于研究期间中胚轴甲醇提取物的 TLC 分析，以评价与未检测到的有毒宿主代谢物蓄积相关的高粱抗性。也可用于合成表面光滑的立方状 Cu2O 的 SEM 图像。
