Ultra pure MagPrep^® Viral RNA Lysis and Binding Buffer

The Ultra pure MagPrep^® Viral RNA Lysis and Binding Buffer is intended for use within the Ultra pure MagPrep^® nucleic acid purification system for manual or high throughput viral nucleic acid isolation from most biological fluids. The Ultra pure MagPrep^® nucleic acid purification system is optimized for rapid easy handling and maximal yield. Nucleic acid isolation is achieved without the need for Proteinase K or sample heating, and all items are shipped and stored at ambient temperature. Buffer is quality tested to be free of contaminant nucleases and DNA, reducing the likelihood of false positives or negatives in downstream assays. Nucleic acid purified using the Ultra pure MagPrep^® system is free of PCR inhibitors such as chaotropic salts or alcohols, allowing for effective amplification in various downstream applications.
