生化/生理作用

-2--癸烯酸是一种由铜绿假单胞菌产生的脂肪酸信使(信号分子)。它具有抗生物膜特性并可将大部分细胞转化为浮游(自由游动)表型。-2-癸烯酸保留了细菌对抗菌剂的敏感性。它对人体细胞没有任何毒性,因此可用于治疗生物膜相关感染。-2--癸烯酸即使在纳摩尔范围内也具有活性。它介导休眠的铜绿假单胞菌大肠杆菌向其生物活性状态转变,同时不影响细胞数量。-2-癸烯酸与抗菌剂一起使用时,对大肠杆菌和肺炎克雷伯菌混菌生物膜有效。
