General description

两性霉素B是一种大环内酯，具有亲水性多羟基链和亲脂性多烯烃链。

Application

两性霉素B溶液已被用于：

作为腹腔注射剂用于治疗烟曲霉感染小鼠
作为中国美利奴绵羊卵巢培养的理想培养基的组成部分
在收集马黄体时用作运输培养基中的组成成分
作为RPMI培养基中的补充剂，用于培养小鼠-小鼠B细胞杂交瘤55-6细胞系

Biochem/physiol Actions

两性霉素B对真菌和酵母最有效。它通过结合与膜相关的固醇而形成跨膜通道，从而导致小分子的泄漏。尽管两性霉素B是治疗真菌病的有效抗生素，它会引起毒性。

两性霉素B是一种来自链霉菌的多烯抗真菌抗生素，临床上用于治疗系统性真菌感染。它对真菌和细菌细胞膜的固醇，尤其是麦角固醇具有很高的亲和力。维持抗真菌细胞培养的正常用量为2.5 mg/L，同时在培养基中使用青霉素和链霉素。
