General description
消泡剂A是一种有机硅类产品，可用于防止或减少微生物发酵系统和哺乳动物悬浮培养物中的发泡现象。 控制发泡可以最大限度地减少细胞损伤，从而提高蛋白质/抗体产量。对水性和非水性体系极为有效。在1-50ppm浓度范围内有效。
Application
消泡剂A浓缩液可用于：
- 生物反应器培养以生产葡萄球菌肠毒素C（SEC）。
- 防止污泥好氧处理时产生泡沫。
- 研究表面张力对鼓泡过程中生物气溶胶生成的影响。

Preparation Note
消泡剂A可通过采用3-10倍的丙二醇水溶液或非水植物油通过缓慢混合而进行预稀释。
