Application

两性霉素B是来自链霉菌属的一种多烯抗真菌抗生素。它对真菌和细菌细胞膜的固醇，尤其是麦角固醇具有很高的亲和力。 维持抗真菌细胞培养的正常用量为2.5 mg/L，同时在培养基中使用青霉素和链霉素。

Biochem/physiol Actions

两性霉素B可与甾醇结合，在膜中形成孔，并导致小分子的泄漏。该产品对真菌和酵母最有效。

Packaging

可溶性两性霉素B，棕色玻璃瓶封装。

Preparation Note

两性霉素 B 可溶于水 (19.6-20.4 mg/mL)，在自然 pH 下，无需加热，即可得到淡黄色澄清至轻微浑浊的溶液。
水溶液由于溶解性差，不能过滤除菌。 如果在无菌水中复溶，则无需过滤除菌。

也可溶于 DMSO (30-40 mg/mL) 和二甲基甲酰胺 (2-4 mg/mL)。

Other Notes

保存于密闭容器内，置于干燥通风处。本品对光和湿度敏感。置于干燥处保存。
本品加水复溶后，得到两性霉素B的混悬液，内含去氧胆酸盐作为增溶剂。 本品由约45%两性霉素B和35%脱氧胆酸钠的磷酸钠和氯化钠溶液冻干而成。
根据 UV 纯度计算包装产品的实际固体重量。

Disclaimer

两性霉素 B 在 37°C 培养 3 天仍保持活性。在-20°C 条件下，通过防风避光，本品可保持活性 5 年。
