General description
Patatin like phospholipase domain containing 3 (PNPLA3) is part of the patatin-like phospholipase family. This transmembrane lipase is made up of 481 amino acids. The gene encoding PNPLA3 is localized on human chromosome 22q13.31.

Biochem/physiol Actions
