General description
iASPP是p53（ASPP）家族的凋亡刺激蛋白的抑制成员。它是一种癌蛋白，与Ras，E1A和E7结合以转化细胞。
单克隆抗iASPP（小鼠IgG1同种型）衍生自杂交瘤LXO49，该杂交瘤是通过小鼠骨髓瘤细胞（SP2/0细胞）和来自用编码人iASPP残基的重组蛋白免疫的BALB/c小鼠的脾细胞融合产生的。ASPP蛋白家族包含三个成员，ASSP1、ASSP2和iASPP。iASPP也称为REL相关抑制剂（RAI）。iASPP以100 kDa形式和70 kDa形式（iASPP/Rai）存在。它在细胞核和细胞质中都发现，而iASPP/RAI主要是胞质的。PPP1R13L（蛋白磷酸酶1调节亚基13样）编码位于人染色体19q13上的iASPP。
