General description
iASPP是p53(ASPP)家族的凋亡刺激蛋白的抑制成员。它是一种癌蛋白,与Ras,E1A和E7结合以转化细胞。
单克隆抗iASPP(小鼠IgG1同种型)衍生自杂交瘤LXO49,该杂交瘤是通过小鼠骨髓瘤细胞(SP2/0细胞)和来自用编码人iASPP残基的重组蛋白免疫的BALB/c小鼠的脾细胞融合产生的。ASPP蛋白家族包含三个成员,ASSP1、ASSP2和iASPP。iASPP也称为REL相关抑制剂(RAI)。iASPP以100 kDa形式和70 kDa形式(iASPP/Rai)存在。它在细胞核和细胞质中都发现,而iASPP/RAI主要是胞质的。PPP1R13L(蛋白磷酸酶1调节亚基13样)编码位于人染色体19q13上的iASPP。
Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
