Biochem/physiol Actions

三磷酸腺苷双磷酸酶存在于所有真核生物和一些原核生物中。来自马铃薯的三磷酸腺苷双磷酸酶在调节生长和发育中具有至关重要的作用。三磷酸腺苷双磷酸酶参与突触ATP(神经刺激后的神经递质)的失活以及抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集以防止血栓形成。其发挥活性需要二价金属离子,并且在使用5 mM钙离子时观察到最佳活性。
