生化/生理作用

胍丁胺是一种脱羧精氨酸,在所有生物体中普遍存在。在动植物来源食品中,都可发现这一物质。它对多种身体机能表现出低温保护作用,例如肾保护、神经保护、胃保护和心脏保护。胍丁胺还对神经创伤、神经性疼痛、糖尿病、神经退行性疾病和精神疾病具有治疗作用。它参与阻断许多离子通道,例如ATP敏感的K+通道和电压门控Ca2+通道。胍丁胺可调节一氧化氮生产,并抑制基质金属蛋白酶。
咪唑啉受体介导的内源性神经递质;在 α 取代可乐定 2 -肾上腺素能受体和咪唑啉受体;阻断海马神经元中 NMDA 激活的离子通道。
