伯胺的硫醇化试剂；在温和条件下可使硫醇去保护。通常在 pH 为 7.5 时引发耦合反应，通过酰胺键生成含伯胺的分子。在中性 pH 时可与 0.05M 羟胺发生去保护反应。用于制备酶免疫交联剂和半抗原载体分子偶联物。
