Soluble complex of calf intestinal alkaline phophatase and rabbit antibodies to alkaline phosphatase.
The product may be used for immunohistology and immunocytology assays applying the Alkaline Phosphatase-Anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (APAAP) technique. This method involves the use of primary rabbit antibodies, a bridging antibody, the APAAP complex and a suitable substrate.

应用

Alkaline Phosphatase-Anti-Alkaline Phosphatase antibody has been used for IHC assays.
Immunohistochemistry was performed on parraffin embedded uteroplacental sections (5 um) using APAAP as the primary at a dilution of 1:100 in 0.5M TBS.

Solution in 0.05 M Tris buffered saline, pH 8.0, containing 0.001 mM MgCl2, 1% bovine serum albumin, and 15 mM sodium azide.
