生化/生理作用

生物素是一种广泛应用于生物化学领域的标签,与亲和素高度亲和。当将生物素(小分子)偶联到生物聚合物(大分子)时,需要一个间隔链来减少空间位阻。生物素氨基己酸 N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺酯含有一个7原子间隔基和N-琥珀酰亚胺离去基。它能与pH值在6.5-8.5范围内的伯胺反应。这种生物素化试剂含有氨基丙基间隔体,因此可以减少亲和素与某些生物素化化合物结合时的空间位阻。
