Biochem/physiol Actions

秋水仙碱是一种微管聚合抑制剂，可在减数分裂过程中阻断染色体分离。 因此，秋水仙碱被用于诱导植物细胞的多倍体（四倍体）。

General description

秋水仙碱是一种三环生物碱，在摄入后可在体内循环20至40小时。白细胞摄入的秋水仙碱最多。其中含有三个分别称为A、B和C的六聚环。
