咖啡酸苯乙酯(CAPE)已用于测定CAPE对甲亢的作用,作为培养基组分检测乳腺癌细胞系MDA-MB-231的细胞毒性,研究其对大鼠胺碘酮诱导肺纤维化的影响。

生化/生理作用

CAPE具有多种特性,如抗癌、免疫调节活性、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗炎、降血糖作用、心脏保护功能以及胃分泌抑制作用。它还对一种乳腺癌肿瘤生长因子——成纤维细胞生长因子2(FGF-2)具有抑制作用。
