霍乱滤液促进腺苷酸环化酶的活化。不影响环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)磷酸二酯酶的活性。
应用
霍乱滤液可作为受体破坏酶(RDE):用于血清样本的血凝抑制试验,用于小鼠血清样本的微量中和试验,在血凝抑制试验中去除细胞培养上清液样本的非特异性抑制剂
生化/生理作用
霍乱滤液是一种基于细菌唾液酸酶的受体破坏酶(RDE),可用作粗制的神经氨酸酶。也可用于流感的血清学检验。
制备说明
使用 5 ml 无菌水重新配制后,将含有 0.01% MIT 作为防腐剂。
