一般描述
Fibrinogen, or Factor I, is a blood protein that is involved in clotting and is converted to fibrin by thrombin. Fibrinogen has an approximate molecular weight of 340 kDa.
应用
Fibrinogen was used in velocity variation assessment of red blood cell aggregation using spectral domain Doppler optical coherence tomography. It was also used to study the nano-bio interaction between graphite oxide nanoparticles and human blood components.
