生化/生理作用
来自肝素黄杆菌(Flavobacterium heparinum)的肝素酶I通过裂解肝素AT III结合位点处的α-糖苷键而发挥作用。这就产生了小的寡糖碎片。肝素酶 I 可以中和蛋白质的抗凝作用。肝素酶I的半衰期为15-18分钟。

在25 °C、pH 7.5条件下,一个单位(Sigma单位)每小时可形成0.1 μ摩尔不饱和糖醛酸。一个国际单位(I.U.)相当于大约600个Sigma单位。
