生化/生理作用
来自肝素黄杆菌(Flavobacterium heparinum)的肝素酶I通过裂解肝素AT III结合位点处的α-糖苷键而发挥作用。这就产生了小的寡糖碎片。肝素酶 I 可以中和蛋白质的抗凝作用。肝素酶I的半衰期为15-18分钟。
