一般描述

生化/生理作用

血凝素(HA)可与酸结合,是引发病毒感染的必要条件。因此,它也是产生疫苗的关键靶标。HA是引起体液免疫反应的主要抗原。疫苗开发需要产生对易变异头部和保守茎区域特异具有特异性的抗体。抗茎和抗头抗体均可激发流感疾病的保护功能。

含有1% BSA及15 mM叠氮化钠作为保存剂的pH 7.4 0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲液中的溶液。
