Application

肝素黄杆菌肝素酶III已用于裂解特定GAG。已用于研究其对与抗aFGF（酸性成纤维细胞生长因子）抗体反应的蛋白质的电泳迁移率的影响。

Biochem/physiol Actions

肝素酶III可防止体内新血管的形成。它在H_NY-I和H_NY、6X-G²连接处特异性降解硫酸肝素。与其他肝素酶不同，肝素酶III不含氨基酸半胱氨酸。它含有13个组氨酸残基，这是其催化作用的原因。该酶对肝素或低分子量肝素没有活性。

肝素降解裂解酶，识别硫酸肝素蛋白聚糖为其主要底物。

Other Notes
