肝素黄杆菌肝素酶III已用于裂解特定GAG。已用于研究其对与抗aFGF(酸性成纤维细胞生长因子)抗体反应的蛋白质的电泳迁移率的影响。

生化/生理作用

肝素酶III可防止体内新血管的形成。它在HNY-I和HNY、6X-G2连接处特异性降解硫酸肝素。与其他肝素酶不同,肝素酶III不含氨基酸半胱氨酸。它含有13个组氨酸残基,这是其催化作用的原因。该酶对肝素或低分子量肝素没有活性。
肝素降解裂解酶,识别硫酸肝素蛋白聚糖为其主要底物。

其他说明

在25 °C、pH 7.5条件下,一个单位每小时可形成0.1 μM不饱和糖醛酸。一个国际单位(I.U.)相当于大约600个Sigma单位。包装规格基于Sigma单位。

    This material is sold based on Sigma Units.  One Sigma Unit will form 0.1 μmole of unsaturated uronic acid per hr at pH 7.5 at 25 °C. One International Unit (I.U.) is equivalent to approx. 600 Sigma units.  

  6. Does Product No. H8891, Heparinase III, contain calcium?

    This product is lyophilized from a solution which is 75 mM NaCl/ 5mM NaH2PO4. We have no reason to believe that calcium ions are present.
