一般描述

山奈酚是一种天然的黄酮类膳食物质和多酚类抗氧化剂,存在于多种水果和蔬菜中。在植物中,山奈酚通过与不同的糖类结合而以不同的糖苷形式存在,比如紫云英苷(山奈酚-3-O-葡萄糖苷)。

应用

山奈酚(KAE)已用于:
  • 检测其作为抗氧化剂和神经保护剂,对SH-S5Y5细胞鱼藤酮诱导的帕金森病模型的潜在影响
  • 检测其对人主动脉内皮细胞(HAEC)脂多糖(LPS)诱导炎性损伤的抗炎作用
  • 研究其通过抑制核因子E2相关因子(Nrf2)而对非小细胞肺癌细胞产生的细胞凋亡敏化作用

锑的显色剂在低 ppm 范围内 ,镓和铟的显色剂在亚 ppm 范围内。

生化/生理作用

山奈酚因含有二苯丙烷成分而具有疏水性。它可逆转佛波酯处理小鼠成纤维细胞或v-H-ras转化NIH 3T3细胞的表型转化。山奈酚可诱导核DNA的高强度降解,并伴随有脂质过氧化作用。它也可以抑制拓扑异构酶I催化的DNA重连。山奈酚还能抑制脂肪酸合酶活性。
有效的破骨细胞骨吸收抑制剂。认为该作用归因于山奈酚的抗氧化和雌激素活性。
