生化/生理作用
桑色素是一种具有抗氧化属性黄酮类化合物。它已被证明可以保护细胞免受氧自由基的损害。桑色素不仅能清除氧自由基,还能适度抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶(一种产生自由基的酶)。在 75-100 微摩尔浓度时,桑色素抑制自由基或 Cu 2 + 对低密度脂蛋白 (LDL) 的氧化 。据报道,桑色素在体外和体内能够抑制大鼠脑磷酸肌醇磷酸酯激酶活性。
