(±)-2-(对甲氧基苯氧基)丙酸可作为甜味受体拮抗剂,研究其对大鼠糖诱导胰高血糖素样肽1(GLP-1)分泌的影响。它也可用于研究分泌素肿瘤细胞系(STC-1)在(±)-2-(对甲氧基苯氧基)丙酸或乳清存在及不存在环境下对甜味剂的反应。
生化/生理作用
