现在我们可提供全新的脲检测试剂盒MAK471!在大多数动物中,尿素是氮代谢的主要终产物。它是由一系列称为尿素循环的肝脏内反应生成。在尿素循环中,氨被转化为尿素,经血液带到肝脏、排出体外。血液中尿素水平高表明肾功能衰竭。尿素水平升高可能是由于身体代谢某种药物(比如皮质激素)引起,也有可能由脱水或充血性心力衰竭引起的肾脏过滤功能减弱引起。血液中尿素水平降低可能由肝脏疾病或营养不良引起。
