生化/生理作用
吡非尼酮可抑制胶原生成和成纤维细胞增殖。在多种肺纤维化动物模型和临床试验中显示出抗纤维化和抗炎属性。
吡非尼酮用于治疗特发性肺纤维化(IPF)。有助于减少肺功能下降引起的衰弱,延长无进展生存期。吡非尼酮可抑制人Tenon′s 囊成纤维细胞胶原蛋白的增殖和收缩。
