General description

聚-L-精氨酸盐酸盐(PLA)是一种同型多聚氨基酸。聚L精氨酸盐酸盐相比聚-L-赖氨酸更能增强膜通透性。它可用作药物载体、神经保护剂及用于抗癌免疫制剂。PLA与多肽疫苗混用可促进抗原呈递细胞(APC)介导的T细胞生成并激发免疫兴奋作用。
