应用
HEPES是一种生物缓冲液,通常被称为Good′s缓冲液。HEPES钠盐与HEPES结合使用,是最常用的生物缓冲液配方,该缓冲液的pKa为7.31,与7.36的生理pH对应。HEPES钠盐被认为是对培养细胞系无毒的一种物质高度可溶于水并可为溶液提供高澄清度。
