应用

该试剂盒用于定量测定食品和其他材料中的天然淀粉,用淀葡糖苷酶-己糖激酶-葡萄糖6-磷酸脱氢酶酶法进行测定。淀粉葡糖苷酶催化淀粉水解为葡萄糖。 己糖激酶催化的反应中,葡萄糖被三磷酸腺苷(ATP)磷酸化。 然后,在烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)存在的情况下,由6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(G6PDH)催化反应,将6-磷酸葡萄糖(G6P)氧化为6-磷酸葡萄糖酸。 这一氧化过程中,等摩尔量的NAD被还原为NADH。 340 nm处吸光度的增加与葡萄糖浓度成正比。
