General description

抗 胶原 II 抗体检测内源性总胶原 II 蛋白水平。
II型胶原蛋白α1链(COL2A1)基因位于人染色体12q13.11–q13.12。COL2A1属于胶原蛋白超家族。该编码蛋白的特征在于三条相同的α链形成的同型三聚体。II型胶原蛋白是软骨的主要成分。
