一般描述

使用Seppro®鼠免疫去除柱(SEP110 or SEP 090)去除高丰度蛋白(HAP)后,中等丰度蛋白 (MAP)仍然是获得低丰度蛋白 (LAP) 的障碍,而LAP是临床重要标志物,也是诸多生物学研究领域的热点问题。Seppro Supermix Mouse可进一步分离复杂的血浆/血清样本,该产品由已去除7种高丰度蛋白(HAP)的鼠血浆蛋白混合物免疫鸡制得。Seppro Supermix Mouse主要结合中等丰度蛋白和/或免疫反应性蛋白。收集的流出组分和洗脱组分均可用于下游分析。

应用

Seppro® Supermix, LC5(5 mL柱)基于鸡的多克隆IgY的免疫亲和性进行蛋白分离,适用于使用Seppro® 小鼠高丰度蛋白免疫亲和柱去除小鼠血清高丰度蛋白(HAP)后,进一步将小鼠血清中等丰度蛋白(MAP)从小鼠血清低丰度蛋白(LAP)中分离。

  1. How does the storage temperature relate to shipping conditions?

    The storage conditions that a Sigma-Aldrich catalog and label recommend for products are deliberately conservative. For many products, long-term storage at low temperatures will increase the time during which they are expected to remain in specification and therefore are labeled accordingly. Where short-term storage, shipping time frame, or exposure to conditions other than those recommended for long-term storage will not affect product quality, Sigma-Aldrich will ship at ambient temperature. The products sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than their recommended long-term storage are shipped on wet or dry ice. Ambient temperature shipping helps to control shipping costs for our customers. At any time, our customers can request wet- or dry-ice shipment, but the special handling is at customer expense if our product history indicates that the product is stable for regular shipment.   2. Which document(s) contains shelf-life or expiration date information for a given product?

    If available for a given product, the recommended re-test date or the expiration date can be found on the Certificate of Analysis.

  3. How do I get lot-specific information or a Certificate of Analysis?

  4. How do I find price and availability?

  6. How many moderately abundant proteins (MAPs) does Product SEP100, Seppro® Supermix Mouse, deplete?

    As of this time, the exact number of depleted MAPs by SEP100 is not precisely defined.  This question is currently under investigation.

  7. My protein sample contains SDS.  Is this compatible with Seppro® Supermix Mouse?  

    No. We do not recommend using protein samples containing SDS with Product No. SEP100.  SDS is a detergent and would be expected to affect adversely the activity of the conjugated antibody in terms of depletion.

  8. My question is not addressed here, how can I contact Technical Service for assistance?
