一般描述

应用

印苦楝内酯已被用作抗癌剂,研究其对人膀胱癌细胞系(EJ和5637)增殖、迁移和侵袭的影响。它还被用作靶向RNF114和捕获PARP1抑制剂(PARPi)和PARylation依赖性DNA修复因子的治疗方法。

生化/生理作用
