一般描述
甜橙黄酮是一种植物来源的多甲氧基黄酮。主要分布于肾茶(原变种)Orthosiphon aristatus var. aristatus和各种柑橘类水果中。相比其他部位,甜橙黄酮在柑橘类水果的皮中大量存在。
应用
甜橙黄酮可作为柑橘类黄酮,研究其在棕榈酸(PA)处理HepG2细胞中通过激活AMP活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)而发挥抗成脂作用。还可作为标准品,通过超高效液相色谱法定量分析猫须草Orthosiphon stamineus提取物中的多酚含量。
生化/生理作用
甜橙黄酮是一种具有抗炎和抗增殖活性的柑桔类黄酮。它还显示出可增强脂肪生成和脂解作用。具有抗癌、抗微生物、抗痴呆、抗氧化、抗肥胖、抗锥虫和血管舒张活性。可抑制P-糖蛋白(P-gp)、外排转运蛋白和乳腺癌耐药蛋白(BCRP)。甜橙黄酮可作为黄酮类化学增敏剂。
