生化/生理作用
有效抑制金黄色葡萄球菌 小菌落变体,典型表现为囊性纤维化并发症,对正常 金黄色葡萄球菌 菌株几乎无影响。还通过间接抑制 iNOS 和 COX-2 途径显示抗炎活性。
番茄碱诱导抗氧化核因子 E2 相关因子 2(Nrf2)和线粒体自噬,有利于延缓线虫的衰老过程。它是一种肌肉萎缩抑制剂,通过激活哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白络合物 1(mTORC1)促进肌肉的合成代谢。可能对治疗骨骼肌萎缩有用。
