N-Nitrosodimethylamine is a potent carcinogen, which can be formed in conditions of wastewater disinfection process, via the reaction between monochloramine and organic nitrogen-containing precursors.[1]

应用

N-Nitrosodimethylamine may be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in aqueous samples[2][3][4] using different chromatography techniques.
