Monomeric rabbit actin has been used to inhibit
DNAse I, with a binding constant = 5 x 108 M-1.10 The
atomic structure of the actin:DNase I complex along
with the amino acid sequence has been
20 g (wet weight) of bovine liver, or in 10 mL of cell
lysate from CHO cells at a cell density of 108 cells per
mL. CHO cells were grown on DMEM with 10% FCS
(heat-inactivated).
