Description
Recombinant rat EphA5 extracellular domain/Fc
chimera consists of amino acid residues 1-573
(extracellular domain of rat EphA5)1 that was fused by
means of a polypeptide linker to the Fc portion
as immunogen
a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of
human calnexin (amino acids 573-592) conjugated to
KLH. This sequence is identical in dog, rat, and mouse.
Whole antiserum is purified
determining optimal working dilutions
by titration test.
